Please use the link below to access our new email server. Do not use the Pair.com email server, as those email accounts are being deleted.
We have spent considerable time cleaning up the email accounts and moving everything to the new server. To receive your temporary password, please email, call of text VP of Communications.
After logging in, please change your temporary password to something secure and easy for you to remember. Instructions for changing your password are provided below the link to the new email server.
If your email was previously being forwarded to another email account, it will continue to be forwarded to the email address you specified.

How to Change Your MXroute Email Password
- Open your organization’s Roundcube Webmail login page.
- Sign in using:
- Your complete email address
- Your current email password
- Select Settings from the menu on the left.
- Select Password.
- Complete the following fields:
- Current Password: Enter your existing password.
- New Password: Enter your new password.
- Confirm New Password: Enter the new password again.
- Select Save.
- Wait for the confirmation that your password was successfully changed.
After changing your password
Enter the new password on every device or program where you use this email account, including Outlook, Apple Mail, phones, and tablets.
If you have forgotten your current password or do not see the Password option in Roundcube, contact your organization’s email administrator for assistance. MXroute does allow individual mailbox users to change their passwords through supported webmail configurations, although the available menu can depend on the server setup.
